Pixels and Paper Guest Designer

I'm honored to be a guest designer for Pixels and Paper this month! We have a beautiful Photo inspiration this month..... The inspiration photo brought up memories of one of my daughters Birthdays, so I took inspiration from the colors on the cake and of course the flowers.

This is how we want to remember her, full of smiles and laughter!

Pixels and Paper march

I decided to play along with the march challenge over at Pixels and Paper....normally I am all about the paper layouts but lately I've been playing around with digital designs and different elements...anyway I was inspired by the coffee and since I have an abnormal coffee addiction hehe my family doesn't even talk to me until after my second cup! Oh and I also have a small coffee cup collection...they kind of go hand and hand...

CRITERIA - A monochromatic colour scheme (can be any color).

Scrap Africa Sketch Challenge no.70

I've used photo shop for years making banners and such for my daughter's cosplay websites and recently I've used it to create some really cool printable papers/elements that I use in card making/scrapbooking.....when I saw the new sketch over at Scrap Africa I couldn't help but open my photo shop and play around....I have all these really cool paintbrushes ...the grungy kind that I thought would be perfect....here is my take on the latest sketch.....my digital layout
