Stella says sketch challenge 709

I decided on a Mothers day card for this Stella says challenge (sketch challenge over at Catch the bug challenge blog)  UI used the cute little girl image dressed in Mom's clothes...Digi stamp from Bugaboo Stamps. I colored my image using Prisma colored pencils and a bit of gamsol to blend...I used Nuvo drops on her necklace and earrings and just a bit on the flower center.

I use a small sentiment from Bobunny...simply because my Mothers day sentiment was too big LOL so I added that to the inside of the card...the papers used are from DCWV bright patterns matt stack, I thought they went well with my finished image.

Photo inspiration

I wasn't sure if I had time to play along with the April Photo inspiration challenge over at Catch the bug challenge blog...but guess what...I do LOL I pulled inspiration from the colors and flowers...I used a Bugaboo digi stamp the file is called MISroses ..now I did cut this stamp down to fit my needs just to let you know...

getting messy

So I just wanted to get a bit messy... it's been a while since I pulled out mists and just let go LOL that and I had some new stuff from Scrapsalot that I really wanted to play with...like Nuvo mousse which is wicked cool, I love the dimension and the shine is awesome...I used it like molding paste with a stencil and I also used it with my finger and water to make my flowers shimmer! I combined some old stash stuff with the new..the cute bee is a Free digi from Wonderstrange they have some really cool hand-drawn images...the Daisy stamp is from Stampendous.
Look at that shine...I think I am loving the Nuvo mousse the on;y drawback is the dry time LOL I'm a bit impatient haha

thanks for stopping by, I hope you liked my tag!

I thought of flowers and animals..so I went through all the digi stamps I have from Bugaboo stamps and found a couple that would fit this challenge... I really couldn't decide I two so I combined them to make one image...
