I don't normally make square cards (I think I've made two LOL ) I tend to stick with the standard 4.25x5.5 but when I saw the new sketch I thought I'd give it shot! Now I was a bit concerned about using 4 different patterns on my card but I think they all go well together,using the colors tan,blue and white might have helped that along...

I just wanted to share a quick card I made using the new sketch from Retro Sketches #174 this sketch was perfect to use up some of my scraps... I used my Silhouette portrait's sketch pen feature to make the sentiment..

I'm also entering this in the City Crafters Challenge blog...this week its twine or Hemp...I used twine

Here is my take on the new sketch over at retro sketches #170 I just love the sketch so my card came along quickly!the colors are a bit out of my comfort zone,I'm not a huge pink fan but I think with the black I really like how this one turned out!

I really can't tell company the pattern paper is from because I just received a small stack of already cut pattern papers as a Birthday gift from one of my card swap friends...the stamp is from Bo Bunny Sentiments
