Dream

haha I called this layout Dream because I am so dreaming of spring, every time I think its on its way it snows again! I want warmer weather and pretty flowers and lots of green!
So anyway I just wanted to share my layout I made using the sketch fro Skissedilla

This is awesome

I went a bit bright with this layout but had a ton of fun making it! I finally used up some of my prima pastel stuff that I just had no clue what to do with! I make this layout using the sketch from Skissedilla for this months challenge!

I also wanted to share something a bit different...over at the Flying Unicorn forum they have a challenge this month for paper dresses and I really wanted to give it a shot..this is what I came up with...

Love this life

I decided to play with paints today....I started with a sketch from Skissedilla and it just kind of went from there lol.....I used a picture of these awesome pigs I found at the flea market...geez I could walk around there for hours! this is what I ended up with....

If nothing else it was fun! so I guess its all good!

A majestic moment

I had these fantastic pictures of  Devils lake ...I love how the clouds light up from the sun...it looks like its floating on the water!
I used the sketch from Skissedilla and the challenge criteria from frosted designs which is to use texture on your page, I used a stencil and molding past......

My Flake

Good Morning.....So its Friday...which means the start of the weekend...woohoo...to bad I don't have anything planned...hmmm maybe I'll just scrap....Anyway I wanted to share my page I made using Skissdilla's sketch...

Of course I had to title it My flake since that's what I call her most times...she has to be the craziest dog I've ever had...sometimes I swear she has A.D.D. but I just love her to pieces!

Go See Do

Afternoon all my scrappy friends...I just wanted to share a page I finished last night...I used the sketch from Skissedilla and the criteria from Scarp Africa- use the color scheme of blue, green and white, with more than 1 photo....it was perfect for the pictures I wanted to use from the day we spent at the wildlife park!

here is what I came up with...

 I had a bit of fun with texture paste and watercolors! I know the title doesn't make any sense to you all but it does to us lol

 I love the texture from the stencils and the shapes I made with my Silhouette...

Lets go for a ride

Brand new sketch over at Skissedilla (btw thank you Brit for reminding me of the rules I totally flaked)and since I had a bit of time on my hands I thought I would just play a bit....I also used the inspiration picture from ScrapStuffz " Inspired by"

Here is what I came up with.....

  when I first looked at the picture (below) I thought of the beach of course....but I had no inspiration for a beach layout LOL so I decided to use some of the colors....I love the beach chairs....the only color I didn't use was the darn purple....I'm not really a purple person.....the subject of my layout is my best friend...shes a bit strange but I think that's why we get along so well....anyway normally she goes around taking pictures of the kids and pets or flowers for me ...she thought she was being funny when she took a picture of herself taking a picture ( you get what I mean) she never thought I would use it...well haha on her! I might even post it on FB LOL

the Dt's over at Skissedilla always inspire me to try something different and just have fun...this time I pulled out some water colors and stamps that I hadn't even taken out of the package yet...I even did a bit of fussy cutting on some left over packaging..

Enjoy the simple things

So I've been stalling on doing the challenge over at Inkido because I thought I didn't have any blue and yellow..lets just say I was wrong....I used the sketch from Skissadilla and the criteria from Scrap for help (use Bubble wrap I used the bubble wrap and paint to make the background)....this is what I came up with...
