love

well lets start by saying I tried a couple of the techniques from Scrap Africa for their latest challenge....Distressing with a Difference..I really wanted to try something I hadn't done before (so the coffee and tea were out).. I tried the stamping with bleach..yeah that didn't turn out so well but I am willing to try it again at some point LOL then I tried Vaseline for embossing or stamping I ended up making just a big mess...
So I decided to try distressing m,y papers with a cheese grater ( you had to see the look on my hubby's face when he saw me he just shook his head and walked away!) which you'll see in my layout.. the brown and white paper was done with the grater but the one under it was done with a nail file/emery board because it was just too thing and I mangled one piece already LOL
I used the fabulous sketch from the Flying Unicorns Mojo Monday
and used some handmade flowers (big green one is store bought) for the Berry71blue handmade flowers challenge

thanks for coming to take a peek!
