Hi my crafty friends, so I decided to play along with the new sketch over at Cardabilities No.128... here is my take on the new sketch....I used my Silhouette portrait to create all my card embellishments/elements.

Its kind of all doom and gloom here today (lots of rain and thunderstorms) so I thought I would make my own sunshine with this bright yellow card....I used the new sketch from Cardabilities

Here is my take on the new sketch over at Cardabilities No 125, I went with a more earth tone than I normally do....so much better then the bright pink LOL...I think this one is more me!
I add a couple homemade flowers.....

Hi to all my crafty friends Hope everyones having a wonderful weekend! I was just trying to wash away my rainy day blue so I went into craft mode LOL it always seems to make me feel better!

So I think I have the winter blues...its just so darn cold and it keeps snowing...I thought I would try and bring a little spring into my craft room...I used some bright colors and pretty flowers! It just screams spring to me!!
I used the new sketch from Cardabilities #118

 I used some Lindy's stamp gang mists sweet Violet purple teal and Ramblin rose pink they seemed to match my flowers from Petaloo pretty good

Good afternoon my scrappy friends, I wanted to share a pretty card with you all! I used the new sketch from  Cardabilities  and the new challenge over at Scrap Africa which calls for die cuts!

 die cuts used 4 different leaves and a fancy flourish....

 just a note I followed Michelle's small tutorial on layering from the flying unicorn forum

Good morning my crafty friends, I just wanted to share a quick post....I decided to play along with a couple challenges...I used the sketch from  cardabilities  and the moodboard/colorboard from  artastic challenge blog the colors in the board reminded me of a romantic Valentine so between the the sketch and the colors that's just what I tried to create!

Mixedmedia card

when I saw the new card sketch from cardabilities I knew just what I wanted to do....I took a dictionary page some water colors,a stencil and some molding paste and got to work! I dug through some die cuts that where left overs from previous projects...found some that I thought would work well....found a flower I made while back....

things just kind of flowed and the card came together smoothly...I wish they came came like this one!

Just a closer look at all the goodness LOL.... I really love how this card turned out and I know just who to send it too!
