Mama's Girl

Evening all...I was so excited yesterday we went out for some lunch and when we came home there was a package/envelope sitting on the porch...it was full to the max of pictures! My ex-sister in-law (lol shes still my friend) sent them to me because she knew I was making a special album of my sweet Stephanie. Now mind you I was at all of these events but never got to see the pictures since they lived hours away so it was so thrilling to go through them all. the picture I picked for today's page is Me and my baby Stephanie Oh my goodness you forget that they were so small....she had labeled most of them but there were a couple with no dates and we couldn't pin down an exact date for this one Its either 1999 or 2000 because she was still small. so I have entered this layout in three places

here is what I came up with...its a bit more then I've ever done before so bare with me lol
first I loved the effect of the wall in the sketch so I really wanted something like it...I tried a couple different thing on some scrap but nothing came out quite like I wanted so I decided I was going to just paint it white then etch with a tooth pick...hmmm didn't like that either so I just used brush strokes it might not be even but I really like it

Here is the sketch I used.....

Sam gave me some leftover tulle from a dress she is making and I used it to make flowers
there is a hidden journaling tag under the #30I didn't catch the ribbon attached in the pictures.

and my pretty butterflies...you might not be able to see it but they have glitter all along the wings..so pretty also that metal in the picture around the clock is one of Stephanie's bangle bracelets...it just adds a bit of bling! thank you for taking a peek all comment are greatly appreciated...
