Once Upon A Time

I am so excited to scrap this picture, my daughter Samantha made these awesome costumes for  Anime Milwaukee Snow white and her prince. She hand made each and every piece of both outfits. I kind of felt bad that she wasn't able to do a proper fitting on snow white as Emily is in College and wasn't around until the day before....and of course didn't the little snot loose weight...haha they had to scramble last minute...the top of snow whites dress is like a corset so it was suppose to be really fitted,Sam ended up cutting the back and re stitching and added new eyelets so it worked out pretty good..Here are the refference pictures she used to base her design....

I was so happy to stumble upon the Archi-scraps their challenge this month is Fairytales....so I combined that challenge with the Scrap Africa sketch challenge. I tried to keep it pretty simple so the picture would stand out...so very little in the embellishment department lol

I used a bit of Gesso for the background...Oh I love the texture of this paper and it really popped with the gesso.I fussy cut the cute castle and a couple other things..added a bit of lace....
I tore tons of paper LOL and distressed all of them added a small journal tag out of the left over with all the small details(date, names, times event)
added a small piece of flower trim inside the tear in the paper...I thought it fit just right...Okay so now here is the sketch and the inspirational picture from Scrap Africa and Archi-scraps

I know that was a whole lot of picture....thank you so much for coming to take a peek!
