Never forget

This months journaling theme over at Once Upon a Sketch is I'll never forget....I've been thinking about it since the challenge came out on the first ...Since I started scrapping its been mostly all about remembering my youngest daughter Stephanie....Next month will be the year mark and its been really hard on all of us....Scrapping has been my outlet...sort of like therapy...its brought my our little family closer together since my oldest daughter Samantha helps pick out the picture and helps with the journaling...its a great way to remember...I love when she shares stories...we laugh we cry but in the end we just remember her with so much love! So when this challenge came along I discussed it with Sam and she thought we should use a picture of when Steffie was a baby...I even let her pick it....

Here is what we came up with....

we also used the criteria from the create to live challenge.(My sweet Earth)
we did a whole lot of journaling...first about the picture and what she was like when she was a baby....then there is a poem that Sam wanted to add...it reads:
I’m going to tell you something, I hope you'll never have to know. I'll tell you how a heart can break and tears can constant flow. I lost my baby girl you see an angel in my eyes The lord reached right down, took her hand and led her to the skies. Please don’t ever tell me,that time will heal my pain because not even time,
will bring her back again. Please do not forget my child, she was a person too, forever she will live, inside of me and you. Just tell me that’s she’s happy, in that land way up above, she’s snuggled in an angels wings wrapped in Our love!

On a side note we were informed that they made a special page for Stephanie in this years year book...they let her friends bring in pictures....I thought it was very sweet...she may not of been on this earth all that long but she touch so many hearts! 13 years just wasn't long enough!

thanks for coming by.....
